Siren Remnant Necklace

The sea begins to return what it has kept. This piece is an unfinished siren.

Human form and fish tail remain on the verge of joining, drawn by a chain and suspended midway. Shell pearls form a strand; cotton cord binds. The baroque pearl at the tail is a tide made solid.

Shaped and finished by hand. Each pearl retains its natural, irregular form; no two are alike.

Keep away from high temperatures, perfume and strong solvents. Keep the pearl away from acids, alkalis and abrasion against hard surfaces. Wipe gently with a dry cloth and store separately.
